Our remuneration modell

We believe in our success. For this reason we are ready to participate in success as well as failure of our work.
Our compensation models usually have a fixed as well as a variable component.

The fixed remuneration component results from the daily rates of our Interim Managers. These are usually more expensive than employed managers, but almost always considerably cheaper than comparable consultants. In any case, the daily rates are appropriat for the company size and situation and are mapped for medium-sized enterprises.

Our variable compensation component will be often connected to the success as well as failure of our projects. We are ready to be measured by the economical result of the company. Sometimes we connect our fee with the long-term business success - for example, with a success fee - for a period of one to three years. If our success-sharing comes to pay, we have achieved a win-win situation.
