Depending on what the situation requires, we provide one or two interim managers with restructuring experience. They take on the function of Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), CEO, COO or CFO – as a team when applicable – become executive members of the company and ensure a rapid implementation as decision-makers.
The restructuring team is then largely put together using employees from the client organization. If a lack of resources or experience means key positions cannot be filled internally, ideas consulting can contribute restructuring consultants or specifically selected interim managers, who are responsible for the successful implementation of the measures in their field of activity. Our restructuring teams always coincide with the line management. This ensures that there are no conflicts or frictional losses between the restructuring team and the line organization – a good basis for rapid and reliable implementation.
When staffing the restructuring teams, our interim managers fall back on our network of partners in the restructuring industry, all of whom have many years of experience in this field. These include restructuring consultants, financial restructurers, M&A advisors, communication consultants, lawyers and insolvency administrators.
